The first oil component is configured to provide rice bran oil from vegetable oil sources,. The second oil component is configured to supply linseed oil to a blending process,. The plant-based blended oil powder is configured to provide details of

(i) a fatty acid ratio of SAFA:MUFA:PUFA,

(ii) an essential fatty acid ratio of omega-6 to omega-3,

(iii) a moisture content percentage of the generated powder, and

(iv) a shelf life limit for safety,,.

The method is configured to implement a production process that specifies

(i) usage of high pressure homogenization technology to obtain a homogenized emulsion, and
